Hotel Restaurants

There a number of hotels that can provide fixed price meals. These are some of the comments made by visitors to them.

Creola Hotel :

2009- We paid at the reception, they gave us a reciept to show to the Maitre De.
Great lunch,1500cve buffet service, eat and drink as much as you want. We had 5 food courses including salad bar, meat dishes, chicken, beef steak with marrow and cheese sauce, pasta dishes, fish dishes followed by lovely dessert choices: apple pie, macaroons, meringues and large fruit selection. Drinks - help yourself into little jugs wine, beer, soft drinks water, coffee etc.
Service from 12.30p.m. till 2.30p.m.
They do a similar evening meal for 2.200cve (expected price increase in 2010).
February 2010: Some friends booked to have a lunch time meal there on a Sunday, on this occasion they were very dissapointed with the service and the meal! The price has also been increased to 2.000cve for lunch

March 2011, some expats have returned to the Creola and now say the meals are as good as they were when they went there in 2009. They have returned there a number of times since March and say it is excellent value at 1500cve per person for an evening meal with wine etc.
